Legit chance at 0 or below this snow pack isnt gonna melt but so much with temps in the low to mid 20's for highs.....
Well, since I got next-to-no snow, I don't need my "snowpack" to melt. It'll sublimate in a day or two.
I'm more worried about wind driven snow. Just went by some fields and the snow is blowing across the fields very much like dust does in the spring. In some fields the snow is down to just a few inches but on the opposite ditch bank the ditches and stuff are knee deep.
Widespread single digits are likely inland. Some of our smaller microclimates where extreme low temperatures occur under ideal conditions may dip into the lower single digits at that.

Temps plummeting extremely fast. Id say we wake up with many people at 0 degrees around 7AM. Rgem has a high of 21 tomorrow and Sunday morning I bet we see our first below 0 readings since 1985

Just checked my thermometer on the porch and it says 8F now, stations around me reporting 8-10F... just insanely cold and the HRDPS model has us getting down to -6F Sunday morning.
14.4 at my house. 13.3 at the Fountain Store. 10 being reported at PGV (which continues its uninterrupted, years-long record of coming in a few degrees cold for no obvious reason).
