Must have had a line stall over your area shaggy? We didn't have that much here in the Knightdale area other than a heavy burst of rain for 20-30 minutes which quickly subsided to a light rain/drizzle.

Yep looks like a bust for sure. Not much on the radar except a thin line of showers out to the west slowly fading away. GFS is advertising more rain during the day with the heating but we will see.
Meanwhile, for fun, some models are trying to pick up on a weak tropical system the first day or two of June. Here is what the GFS is showing.
Forecast high today of 68F. I love this cool weather! But alas, after today will surely have to wait for autumn before seeing it this cool again.
Unless we see some sun I say we struggle to see 68. Currently 61 at pgv with a persistent heavy mist. May should come in below normal by a fair amount.

Yeah a fair many days below normal so far this month but there have been some 6-10 degrees above normal days as well.....and if it warms up this week like its forecast we might be more closer to normal than not.
Seven days of rain -- totaling less than a half-inch. Blech...
Lol this cloudy, drizzly weather recently has been like what they see up in Seattle. To be in the 60s for highs this time of year is pretty nice. Next week looks stormy as we have a possible tropical system off the coast and a southerly flow off the Atlantic. It will be muggy out with dewpoints in the low 70s and highs in the mid 80s. Afternoon storms and tropical moisture nearby will make it a wet week.
I got up to the Fountain Store an hour ago and got the dang weather station going again. (It's radio link had crashed, so the repeater had to be re-started.) With any luck, Fountain will now be able to render live readings throughout the coming TD2 experience. www.rafountain.com/raf_weather.html

Nice job Bozart!
Looks like it will have a lot of rain to track over the next week or so. The HPC is calling for a widespread 2-3" over the next 3 days with more after that too.

Good afternoon Bozart. I look forward to seeing some interesting data from your system this summer ... but please let's not have any big time heat waves.
Will this be our year for a hurricane? Never know of course but chances look pretty good this year. Stay cool bro.
