I have some really pretty photos from today that I wish I could post, but they're bigger than 1MB so I can't upload them
Try clicking the “add image to post” and see if you can upload them! That option shouldn’t give an upload limit. Let me know if that works for you, looking forward to seeing a few pics!
Yeah...total crap storm. Problem is there is no move on to the next...unless it comes quick. Below normal December's lead to above normal winter.
In all honesty how many truly epic storms have we seen in our lifetimes? We had a couple big snows in the 80's. March 1980, white xmas snow of 89', and a couple in 87 and 88. The 90's were a dud with no memorable big snows. Then came dec 3rd which crushed us but left Raleigh out and the boxing day storm in 2010. So maybe 6 or 7 truly big 10+ inch snowfalls. I never expect big storms and we don't seem to get a lot of mid size events. Its usually go big or go bust.
We did in wilson from 2000 to 2011...epic storms that ranged mostly around 8 inches but the one 12 incher. I can think of 7 off hand.

They were taken with my smartphone and they're bigger than 1MB.
Click “add image to post” and it doesn’t have the 1mb limit. Only the “add attachment” option has that limit as it uses our forum storage, the “add image to post” will use an external service with unlimited bandwidth
Yeah, it's asking to take a picture or a URL link. Won't let me post directly from my phone pictures.
Try these steps! I just uploaded several 4-5mb photos from my iPhone for this post no issues, it’s a little tricky but works well!
1. Make sure you’re in desktop mode on your phone. 2. Click “add image to post” to use the external unlimited service. 3. Click the center icon and upload what you want!
