Well shaggy predicted max wind of 52mph gust for Greenville and the airport just measured 51 officially.. and the worst wind isn't supposed to get here until a few hours from now.
i was wrong i am getting solid upper 50's maybe 60's in gust.Roaring outside and if I didn't know better i'd say some of these gust could be approaching 70 but i can't see good enough to say that for sure.
Is it getting worse there now? Constant roar outside? Get good video if you can!

I tried but nearest tree line is too far away and that was over an hour ago. GUC has 51 so far so i don't know whats up with the fountain store.

I just drove through 2 feet ofwater here... In my neighborhood its BAD creek is rising by the second.... drove through it turned around decided not to go through it. Then an entire road has 1-2 feet on it likely houses right on the brink of flooding
Greenville utility commission tim. They have a weather station on their mumford road headquarters. Its just near the airport.
Thank you shaggy.
Wind remains strong ... really howling now. Rain illuminated by street light is blowing in sheets off the neighbor's roof. Yea, it's kicking butt here in Greenville.
