Had one storm fire up over us and had a few showers earlier.....only .25" today so far though, storm to my east with the setting sun looks amazing though.

Surprised to see the storms stay to the south today but tomorrow should be much more widespread activity. Also showers and storms developing across the area as I type this.
Yesterday my local forecast said I had a 60% chance of rain, but it all stayed south of me and I got zilch.
Today my local forecast says I have a 60% chance of rain, but I'm betting it all stays north of me, and I get stuck with the .03" that fell over the past couple of hours.
Straight deluge falling right now. As the storms approached from the south my weather station was reading a steady 10 to 15 mph wind inflowing into the storms out of the northeast. One of the rare events where instead of outflow before the storm there was a steady inflow.
Totally notrelated to weather but just noticed that Bozart is now a "junior member". 😂😂congrats
Haha you're late to the game on recognizing this In Knightdale at work yesterday we had a HEAVY storm move over with vivid lightning and torrential downpours, probably 2" of rain I would guess. The fact that Bozart saw more than 1" of rain is astounding, I guess that shield generator you've been working on needs some more work

Looks like hot, mainly dry weather next 3-5 days before rain chances pick up again. Oh and humid too. Dewpoints will probably climb back into the mid to upper 70s once again.
