I wanted to start a thread to prove helpful for weather resources. The first part of this post will feature the weather programs you use on Mac, Windows, iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. The second part will be a list of useful resources you use such as weather model sites, real time obs, research, etc.
Go ahead and share your recommend software programs (and what type of OS it's for) and then your favorite website links. I'll archive all of them in this original post and update it as we add new info!
On my PC (Windows 10), I use Weatherscope a lot. It has a ton of info and layers to use. I've gone in a added a few layers manually (local cites, towns, etc.) If anyone uses Weatherscope, I can link to/upload my scripts and my own data folders to plug into the program.
I use it a lot of post screenshots on my weather Twitter feed:
To make time-lapse vids, I use the old trusted Virtualdub to splice the pics from a Primos Camera together.
On Android, I use Radarscope Pro and wX (which is an awesome app, tons of options and very customizable)

Thanks for all of those great links NCHurricane! I will work on getting them organized and added into the main post once we receive some other replies! Here are a few of mine, I have all Apple products now so some of my software is OS X based but can be found on other platforms.
SOFTWARE Radarscope- great weather app giving detail to GR2 data for iPhone, android or mac. For windows users I highly recommend GR2 Analyst, some of the best software out there imo.
WEBSITES Nasa GHCC Satellite- One of the best pages for getting global or regional views of IR, Visible and WV loops. Customizable and covers a good portion of the globe. Especially useful for hurricane season. 3 Hour Pressure Falls- Great for tracking low pressure systems especially in the winter. NWS National Radar Mosaic Great for tracking weather systems, severe storms, hurricanes, etc. Shear Tendency Use this all the time for hurricane season when tracking an active system. Mesowest Surface Obs NC Shows a variety of surface obs across the state. UKMET Model and more Access to the UKMET, ARPEGE and other models. Tropical Tidbits My go to weather site for models like GFS, CMC, Euro and NAM. Pivotal Weather Has access to GFS, HRRR, NAM, CMC and Euro models with severe weather parameters for HRRR, NAM and GFS. Very useful. Twisterdata Use this one mainly for severe weather and moisture profiles. US Wind Map Really cool to see the wind streamlines across the nation. SPC Mesoscale analysis page A must for any weather event both tropical, severe and winter related.
